RP Manufacturing & Calibration is one of the leading manufacturers of breakout equipment or otherwise known as Torque Machines.  RPMC has a wide variety of breakout equipment which is used to but not limited to break fishing tools, mud motors and completion tools.  RPMC offers two types of units, continuously rotating and ratchet type both which are rated for certain torque capacities that are logged and stored in torque computers (optional) so that all tools are broke to required psi/ ftlbs of torque.  Including machines capable of handling torque capacities of 190,000 ft/lbs down to 35,000 ft/ lbs., with diameters of 2 3/8” to 22”.    RPMC manufactures optional accessories such as chain vise floor mounted stands, hydraulic support rollers, extension beams, push and pull assemblies along with spinner wrench assemblies integrated into highly functional equipment packages.  Our computerized torque equipment is manufactured specifically to the requirements of our machines.    We perform calibration procedures on all of our equipment to maintain proper tool breaking.
